containern van for field office

Mga master i'd like to ask for some detailed of a container van, were are planning to convert it into a field office. a low cube van(2.4X2.4X6m) and hindi ko kung paano i-dedetail yung wall board,floor boards and ceiling. paanu po ba ang section if gagamit kami ng gymsum or plywood both sa floor,walland ceiling?paano yung connection nila sa steel interior ng container van?thanks mga master sana my mga idea kayo(been to google, and still in google). more power

Weld ka lang ng mga tenga bro. Mga angle bars. makapal na steel naman yan. Dun ka ngayon magrevit ng mga runners at metal furring. Saka mo ilagay ang gypsum, hardiflex or plyboard. Sa flooring naman, pwede na ilatag directly ang 2x4 na kahoy para madaling mapakuan. Maganda yan.

maganda yan sir, but if I were you, I will not use gypsum board. Magfiber cement board kana sir or hardiflex. anyway yun lang...

Thanks sir jc01 were considering that also. also is there a need to detail the canopy roof(600MM) so as it can be detached kapag ililipat na sa ibang?

Maganda magkaron ng roof para wala kang leaks at ponding sa roof ng container. simple roof lang.

thats the first proposal sir pero sabi ni boss huwag na daw canopy nalang pra my gawin naman daw yung time keeper total wala namang ginagawa.. boss is boss. thanks sir
