WE NEED YOU.... URGENT HIRING FOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Responsibilities:
1. Must understand project requirements.
2. Works must be done in compliance with the existing building codes.
3. Develop/conceptualize designs and monitor produced architectural
design requirement as per company standard and/or as requested by the
client.
4. Produce and develop technical plans and specifications and coordinate as Architect with sub-contractors.
5. Review, assign and approve projects to determine specific needs such
as spaces, ventilation, machinery or equipment modification.
6. Renovate specifications/make alterations as necessary.
7. Fieldwork to monitor the creation of his/her designs.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture
• Required skill(s): Cad 3d, CAD operation and computer rendering, Layout and Design, sketch-up
• Experienced and skilled in residential and medium rise building designs.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
