concept is nice, same question din with sir norman, fixed windows ba yan sir? definitely di rin siguro 'yan sliding? parang di lang gaano ka efficient yung ventilation imho!

Update ko na lang ang location ng mga awning windows sir... saka may airwell din po ito sa gitna ng building.... Ang ganda ng taas, hindi bumagay ang gate. Sana nai-match mo ang design.

nice concept architect! IMO, balcony plants seems too high. it could cover your awning window/ ventilation.
rendering is good, i think car is a bit out of scale.

Sir Nice design, I agree with sir boks mas ok sana pag kamukha ng gate ung facade din.. Lighting and texturing maganda ang lambot sa mata..
