those tiles should not be glazed imho... lack of depth, you can adjust that on photoshop bro.. good design

looks good... play on the contrasts... work with 3d people so they'll reflect correctly on the glass... otherwise, photoshop away...

I agree with their comments..work on matching your entourage to the general illumination of your scene.

Composition is nice...maybe making the scene a bit brighter would liven your render up too.
