different approach, but nicely done. I bet this was done in mental ray? Nice design and render. imho for the parapet wall in the main entrance, it is nice but it is prone to water leak during rainy season. There is an odd thing in the rear side of the black car. I don't get the purpose of that.

Nice render road map lang saka redundant ang sasakyan mo masyado symmetrical, sa isang side lang ok na, tanggalin mo na lang yung pickup para hindii mukang symmetrical msyado ang composition.

firewall sa left side sir parang hindi bumagay, mas maganda siguro pag may overhang kung part parin ng lot mo yan..imho.

thanks sir, sa comment... actualy sa maxvray ko ito ginawa kaya lang rush yung pagkagawa di ko na masyado na tune-up yung settings medyo busy kasi sa opis... singit lang yung pag may free time. about sa waterleak, bali ggawin dun nka conc. gutter w/ waterproof (hidden from elevation) vung portion sa may parapet. sa likod ng black car, actually may service door, di lang masyado na-emphasize. hopefully ma render ko ulit yung scene na medyo mataas ang settings, pra maging clear yung details. any way, thanks for the nice comments.

thanks sir actually suggestion ng may ari ng house gusto nya porma, originally may overhang yung roof niya. pero sa side nya may canopy yung bintana. thanks ulit sir. salamat sa pagdaan.
