Need critic (Proposed 3 Storey Res.-with PICS :)

this is a proposed 3-storey residential... modern.. 75% structure 25% landscape+ parking .. some of the designs are affected through owners decisions. (sketch-up model) im planning to change the fan-canopy to simple wood louvers idea.

,,,mas mataas na height level sa ground
,,,some ecowall or plantboxs vegetation treatment on your elevs
,,,continue to the ground level yung curved glass sa facade
,,,atleast 5% roof slope or mas maganda kung malalaro mo yung roof massing para hindi sya flat tingnan

its only an opinion bossing,,, looking forward to your update

Make your focal point higher ...if thats the center give it more power and impact. shorten your straight canopies its too much 1.2 meters will do the job

only your fence is ugly .. it does not go with the design of the house. go for some pure lines you know it kita ko sa move ng building.

over all you are a good designer hope to see it rendered na..

Actually yung fence yun ang gusto nang owner wala ako magawa eh.first design ko horizontal modern fence ..pero ayaw dahil madali akyatin nang mga bad guys,,ahahhaah..at yung curve glass sa facade di na po pwede sa ground kasi po yung door na yan diretso na po yan sa stair sa loob..at yung ground po around 3.40 mts na po kasi yung .40 mts sa interior na po ,di na pwedeng tambakan nang lupa dahil malaki ang gagastusin..so ang front car park area nalang tinambakan nang lupa


i like po sa idea ni looker na add vegetation plant box..thank you po sa inyo archt mirasol at sir looker..thank you po talaga na fix na po yung roof pala..kasi yung old design ko medyo mga tilt window ..as i notice di ko pwede e-tilt kasi matamaan nang araw eh sa orientation po kasi..east-west labag po saakin yun more heat will trap through the structure kaya inawasan ko... salamat po sa inyo.. ill post the finished product soon ..heheeh
