what kind of tree is that? so huge

design is so fancy the colors so bold is it for the kids? or for everyone



change the back ground sky its wrong angle or just put vray sky

-out of scale ang palms try mo hanap mas ok na palms.
-konting improve pa sa mapping
-kulang sa lighting
-matitingkad masyado ang mga kulay

IMHO ... im not really good at critics but i have to pin points some of things that must be put in considerations.



*color sceme
dubai is a hot place... in applying colors you have to think of it many times.. must take at consider that color affects also through the nature. in reality if i look at the bldg. it gives a hot/warm look. if the owner wants this color then its ok..I prefer low contrasting colors like gray, or neutral color white, dark colors.for color outlining,. depends on the materials used.


*designing

the design is ok..specially the center dome gives natural lighting.. but both sides invites sun's heat to enter through your structure.. huge window like this commonly used in bldg. that wants people to look through the interior..and this design more functional in car show rooms, car museums, ...

*the front of the bldg. consist of the lobby/lounge/info reception right? then the design in the exterior entrance was full of concrete .pavement I prefer you must design it well and take part landscaping ..allow the environment to be part of the design...by adding more trees,bushes,grass components it gives cooler impact through human perception. since its dubai a very hot place ..its one way of beating global warming . and it also gives a relaxation look.... .after the bowling.



*traffic flow

i cant really pin point the traffic flow cant see the detail plan ..but its ok..you just have to plan the traffic flow (site development) well..good luck on the proposed project.
