A 2 Million Php-worth kitchen: Poggenpohl +SEGMENTO
Hi, I just wanted to share my latest design for a client's Villa kitchen, unfortunately she never returned when I told her the price (19,000 Bahrain Dinars or 2,000,000 Php +) , concept of the kitchen came from one of our luxury range according to her taste.
This is Poggenpohl +SEGMENTO:
1. The doors are mostly handleless, a minimalist principle that underlines the pure form and beauty of the fronts.
2. The worktop just 12mm thick appears to float over the columns.
3. Door front / panel profile has a solid black core. an important thing in the focus of perception, light fronts with milled laminate edges underlining the minimalistic principle with their fine black grid.
4. Wall units with flap door. ultra-modern fittings allow the wide and handle-less hinged flap to raise effortlessly above the
carcase from any point.
5. "Good Design Award" by the Museum of Design and Architecture "The Chicago Athenaeum".
I hope you guys will like it

very nice set as always, comment ko lang bro meron lang konting noise & i would rather remove the floor lamps and maximize the space for storage.

Thanks bro, actually yung noise sinadya ko talaga gusto ko ksi gayahin yung nasa magazine ng poggenpohl na noisy ^^, about dun sa space beside ng cooker area eh not necessarily icontinue ko all the way sa end kasi inside kitchen to ng villa so more concerned ako sa style nya kaya may huge panels sya both ends, magmumuka kasi syang "common kitchen" instead na "luxury-type" ang heavy cooking nila nasa outside kitchen lahat.

Sir covered na po lahat, explain ko lang sayo baka kasi akala mo sir dumating kami sa point na ginawa ko na yung design then tsaka pa lang nalaman ng client yung price, it's a big NO.... our procedure is to interview the client what she wants and will ask from that point how much is her budget. she told me she have a plan from the cd so I printed it and I sketched roughly the design and discussed to the client it would reach 2,000,000 Php (19,000 BD) because the kitchen will come from germany and from a "luxury range" then she told me that she will come back later which I know she won't, from that point since I saw the plan that it's really nice so I decided to share it here, thanks sir for dropping by

comment ko lang po, unnecessary yung floor lamps sa gilid ng cooking area, try to put something useful sa magkabilang gilid ng cooking area para hindi sayang ang space. style is good but function should be the no.1 consideration when designing an area. hindi po bagay yung chairs(pati kulay nya) sa elegant design ng kitchen. personal opinion ko lang naman po ito.

noted po sir, ang first preference ko talaga is white or black chairs kaya lang I feel it looks "blank" kaya binago ko para magmukang funky to give life sa room, muka kasing boring and from based dun sa initial interview sa client medyo bata pa kaya gusto medyo kakaiba ang dating kaya if you will notice the portraits ibinagay ko sa look na gusto nila, about dun sa consideration of function before sa style yes you have a point though I might say this is not a typical kitchen, it's a guest kitchen so not necessarily to fill this area continuosly. sabi nga ng boss ko "hindi common kitchen ang binebenta natin kundi mga luxury type kaya naman ayaw ko makakakita ng boring at yung madalas na makita sa kung saan saang bahay, mansion at villa ang ginagawan natin." check also poggenpohl.com you will see na kakaiba nga ang designs nila
