Mas maganda pag hindi nakadikit sa ceiling ang mga cabinet cover. Mga .1m-.05m pa ang gap.

You mean sir bok a gap to have shadow effect? ok nga yun ano..HHmm matry ko nga yun.. oo nga wala palang header yung top cabinet pero ok din pla yun.

IMHO, try give more space in the sink tap, masyado na kasing dikit sa backsplash and ussually laging may filler po ang mga cabinets either wall unit or base units lalu na dikit sa wall. rest is good thumbsup
