except fot the bricks or ashlar stone hinde bumagay sir and the column above the canopy, strange sa paningin ko bro, is it a glass (material) or a composite metal panel? the mirror is too much reflective, sana naipakita yong loob. like ko yong window treatment mo sir, wood slats ba yon? TFS

I like the articulation of form and the design except for the stones.

I would remove the planters and have uplighters.

More space pa sana sa left and reduce the concrete surface.

Also, that shadow on the ground is distracting.

Comments nasabi na- additional comment lng ako sa cladding ng sa glass- yung Grid lines nya sa rights side yung may mga butas, suggest ko lng Sir:)---mas ok tignan sa akin pag yung horizontal lines stops at the 9th vertical line(from left to right) so that make as another feature wall nlng yung part na yun..TFSOffice Building 808695
