Hi guys... file was to big.. so i just used SKETCH-up+ photoshop simple effect and the proposed 3 storey was 25% done...mostly done in front view.. so this is a proposed 3 Storey Residential Soon to rise. idea

IMHO sir,I think fixed yung mga windows mo sir? pano na ung passive cooling concept? . .my idea about passive cooling is atleast the windows should be operable were in you can redirect the flow of wind from outside to inside / vise versa. free flow? Anyway very nice3d model sir ! i like it! irender na yan!good luck!

not fixed pa sir. sa actual pa namin e-lagay ung window namin na yung casement specially sa bedrooms para sa wind na maka pasok sa structure .. basta pa present lang sa client yung future... thank sa opinion sir.. yung terrace pala nito 15 mts sobrang taaas..hahaha yun kasi sabi nang owner at yung roofing nga pala may mga opening pa yan para lalabas yung hot air... marami pa talagang ayusin to.. thank you sir .GOD BLESS
