kapag school normally isang water meter lang ( main), in case you want to monitor each consumption say by level then you need to provide sub-meter.

definitely the school own just by one owner so 1 water meter is enough... but in case the owner wants to monitor the consumption of each building, then he need to provide another 8 sub-water meter for each building.

regarding sa electircal

- powerhouse ( powerstation) is needed kapag medyo
malaki na ang electrical loads. kase kapag malaki na ang loads you need power transformer and mga panel board... to add meron pang transformer that will automaticall start ( ATS) when theres a electrical power failure ( brownouts) these equipment needs a separate space para concentrated ang mga wirings, iyon ang tawag sa power house.

- first let us define powerhouse to its usage 1).
it could be a small power station 2). or just a small structure where
all panel board are located on it. which is which , each your choice.
