what do you mean isang metro? isang metro from water source/MWSS?

regarding the designs, powerhouse ( powerstation) is needed kapag medyo
malaki na ang electrical loads. kase kapag malaki na ang loads you need
power transformer and mga panel board... to add meron pang transformer
that will automaticall start ( ATS) when theres a electrical power
failure ( brownouts) these equipment needs a separate space para
concentrated ang mga wirings, iyon ang tawag sa power house
