Good day CGPinoy!

Improving Shipping Container Design Complex

Improving Shipping Container Design Cont-1

So in effect, hindi cost effective ang pagiging socialized housing nya. Numbers-wise, medyo wala kang ipaglalaban.

Now kung sasabihin mo naman ulit na bulok na ang containers na gagamitin, maghardiflex ka nalang or hollowblocks + steel decking Saka yang mga structural steel mo. Makakamura ka pa.

Sa first image, I think nakatipid sya sa bilis ng construction. Kayang gawin sa isang buwan or less.

Improving Shipping Container Design Contfloor

nabasa ko din po na papalitan ang wood flooring then linoleum or vinyl ang ipapatong. ngayon sa bathroom naman po, gagawin ko pong concrete ang flooring? iwe-weld ko po ba ang rebars sa container? or is there any way po?

salamat po ulet in advance! bounce

You can also check yung mga branches ng Pier One dito sa Manila, containers din gamit nila tapos hanggang 3rd floor ata or 4th floor.

Consider mo lang ang basics ng structural. Yung in-depth is too much for the thesis. Kung ako teacher, I will look for how you plan the spaces and use the container efficiently. Saka kung cost effective.

About sa flooring naman, I dont think it's too much of an issue. 2.4 lang ang span nyan, 1 way slab or wood pwede mong gamitin. sa banyo naman. pwedeng elevated. Most of the hotel sa hk have elevated bathrooms, lalo na yung mga hotels na ginawa lang as new use for old buildings. I also suggest that you expose the plumbing para mas madaling gawin.
