ask ko lang po if may nakakaalam po dito ng "Prefabricated Beam and Post/Column"
kung meron po ba nito dito sa Philippines, manufacturer po sana... bali concrete po sana ang prefered pero ok din po ang steel,
ito po iyung mga sample images, kung hindi po ako nagkakamali prefab po ang poste at beam nito?

or mali po ako at hindi prefab ito?

Pwedeng pre fab. Freysinnet ang alam ko dito sa Pinas. ito website nila.

Yun ang gamit sa mrt at lrt yata, di ko lang sure. pero sure ako nakita ko gamit nila to sa flyover dyan sa gma kamuning noon pa.

Posibling pre-stress ang mga beams na gamit nila dito. Pero sa poste, usually cast in place lang na mataas ang psi at curing time.

Yung walls naman, pwede ding pre fab. Gaya ng ginagawa ng SM. DMCI ang isa ko pang alam na gumagawa ng pre-fab walls. Planta nila sa Cavite.

kung gusto mo ng steel, meron akong contact, sila na bahala mgdedesign sa mga columns and beams, basta ibigay mo lang yung locations ng columns mo,

In short meaning sir.. ano ang kaibahan sa fabricated sa construction column lang? ang fabricated po ba yung column na may treatment na para mas lalong tumagal at malakas?

sir ask mo ba kung ano iyung difference ng pre fabricated sa conventional?
bali ang pre fabricated po yata ay iyung binubuo na sa factory with standard sizes or minsan may case na pasadya, buo na po ide-deliver sa site tpos iinstall nalang... pero sabi nga po ni sir bokkins, normally cast in place ang poste...

base sa nakita ko sa site na binigay ni sir, ginagamit lng tlg and pre fab ba poste sa malalaking construction, taliwas naman sa balak ko po...

Ganto po sana ang balak ko,
conceptual stage palang po, hindi pa final...
bali gusto ko sanang gamitin tong pre fab post dito sa socialized housing project, together with shipping containers...

ang concept is that the housing must be rigged to adapt in various terrain here in the Philippines. Parang exoskeleton po ung beams and post, I was thinking of concrete sana, kaso mukang economical talaga ang steel for this kind of structure...
ginamit ko po itong "cage" na to para sa support, naging aware po kasi ako sa mga possible damages ng mga secondhand na shipping container...

sobrang tibay ng container bro. hindi economical kung hindi mo gamitin ang sarili nyang strength. pansinin mo ang container, nakaframe sa kanya ang mga steel sections. tapos ung corrugated walls at floor nyan, structural din. yung ginawa mo is overkill. mas mahal ang lalabas. not unless intended talaga na ganyan, pwedeng mangyari, pero kung economy ang pinag-uusapan, gamitin mo ang structure ng mismong container. iweld mo kung kinakailangan.

sir aware ako sa strength ng container, pero naresearch ko din po kasi na ang mga binebentang container ay may damage na sa corugated walls,(meaning wala ng contribution sa structural at possibleng mayupi pag sobra ang patong) tapos iyung available po na mga container dito sa pinas ay iyung walang beam sa taas at pag tinapyas ang isang side babagsak na iyung roof..
pero medyo napasobra nga po ata itong ginawa ko,
what if gawin ko po 3 patong isang block ko po? tapos steel ung frame para bolts and knots nlng po? gusto ko din po kasi possble pang matransfer sa iba iyung unit nila...possible po ba? I mean, mas economical po ba?

most of the time we used foam board to cover exposed steel beam and column..foam sprayed if necessary..but depends on location/ i meant severity of weather in a particular place

just as I needed, pero balak ko po gamitin ang foam spray para sa isulation sa loob ng vontainer and sa mga siwang sa pagitan ng dalawang side ng container..
