good eve cg peeps, i have question ulet.. kung ang pixel/inch ng ouput ko sa cad/pdf image or output sa max(jpeg) is let's say 300px/inch. tapos ilalagay ko sa 20x30 board. ano ang mas ok sundan na guide sa px/inch?. is it yung sa mga output images or mas mababa to lessen yung bigat ng file?? hindi ba mababawasan yung quality ng mga outputs ko if babaan ko yung px/inch ng gagawin kong board presentation?. i need your opinions po thanks! 2thumbsup Crazy_Lion

DPI means dots per inch. Kung 300dpi ka, ibig sabihin, 300 dots or pixel ang napiprint sa isang square inch. Yan ang typical na gamit sa PRINT Media. Mga poster, brochure, magazine, etc. Magastos sa ink at matagal magprint, pero high quality ang output. 72dpi naman ang normal jpeg. Yun ang viewing file, pwede din iprint but lesser ang quality.

FYI lang, ang tarpaulin printer ay kaya lang magprint ng 72dpi. Lalo na yung 10 pesos per sq ft maningil.

Pag billboard naman, ok na ang 15dpi sa sobrang layo nito, hindi na pansin yang pixels nito.

sa 20x30 mo na output. 150dpi is enough.
