The render is nice, pero bakit may flyover? kailangan ba talaga yun?

nice render and design. about doon sa sabi ni sir whey. ano use niyan.? curius lang. kapal ba ng beam niya? parang sasakyan yung daan sa taas

salamat sir..actually it was the idea of the owner to put nung parang flyover kasi the at the top,
magiging bahay nya yun sir kaya ganyan. Smile

bahay nya yun..actually yung owner ang may ideya na ganyan yung magiging design nya..
