mall concept

i have very less time to do this , a friend of mine a contractor ask me to make design of mall for a business man

there is already a design for them but the owner dont like the design of the consultant.. if the owner would approve my concept and i will get the whole complex project including hospital supermarket villas subdivision any help would be highly appreciated if i get this project ...

sir, yung character ng bldg. somewhat like bilihan ng kotse na may pagkaresearch center ang dating at transportation ek ek..imho lang po.

mam i suggest you can google some famous mall (reef mall, dubai mall, ibn baituta mall, marina mall, al ghurair mall, mirdiff mall, city centre malls, etc. here in dubai, so you can have an idea, hope nakatulong...good luck....

research more design that can suitable and easily determine that it is a mall.

sa tingin ko ok naman yong concept eh, lalo na kung sa desert to itatayo. medyo malungkot lang yong kulay, just add more color combination para ma-attract and eye catching sa mga tao. add na rin ng ibang entourage ( banners etc. para magmukhang busy siya). TFS

i suggest make it a massive structure with less use of cladding and glass so it would also less the maintenance. anjan na ung pagkaiconic and you can also consider the location.if this is in gulf countries like ive said make it massive. i agree to sir mammoo you can research those malls listed so you can have idea. sana makatulong po

for me ha, gawa ka na lang ng unique design, ung concept mo ngaun mejo nakita na sa ibang lugar. ung kakaiba at eye catching at isipin mo oman is arab country kung arab ka ano usually ayaw nila. arab people dont like exposing their girls, try to think ung ayaw nila at saka mo i apply ung gusto nila makita. search ka lang then pag sama samahin mo ung magagandang design,

im working on a new design pero less cost ..the client said nice and attractive but doesnt cost too much. maybe i will do some color combination and some forms boxy minimalist para economical sana mahabol ko deadline ko or i will drop this project nalang which is bad reputation . if someone will post at least sketch that would help a lot and maybe il hire him to do the rest drawings.. whatever i have other project gahol na ko sa oras thanks guys.....
