-medyo distorted yung structure..
-how come n kalilipat lang nung trees from bulacan to transfer on that site at -parang its out of the property line...?????for what sense po?
-the glass reflection doesnt incorporate with the scene...
-medyo hindi clear yung finish ng material mo..it really bothered me if that is stone or wood or paint?
-since this is school i think u have to chnge your environment kasi parang nasa liblib sya eh....and add some people,cars etc...
-i really like your gabi....post more sir...

since this is a school, i assume ang location neto is near downtown area,,but the bg is like in the forest area ser,imho lng po,,
same here, the rflction also,hnd nga ngamatch sa scene,,but i think the rlfction map is ok if ur bg is more on bldgs and not trees,,
something wrong the trees,same mat yata ung dahon at sanga,,grass map is too bright,,cgro darken a bit ung map,,,cam corection din po ser,,...sa akin lng naman po ang lahat ng eto ser,,,,,kau pa rin po ang masusunod,,kip posting,,

Here my suggestion:

-The Facade of the building is on the right, better you shift the camera on the other side rather than showing the Shops on the left side.

Nice shool gilid you've got here. imho lang on the cars position na ginamit mo. Yong road na ginamit mo eh I think main road siya. so better naka-ayon ang cars dito. Others is raised by the masters. Rendering mo very nice. Keep on posting.

to be honest i like the composition and every detail of the perspective...My only suggestion is that since this is a school you should give the institutional feeling on your perspective like inserting some people like students, cars, etc. that will help you to make your image looks busy...and also im not sure with the Glass reflections, better to tone it down.

galing ng rendering and lighting setup... kulang lang ng detail sa mga retail sho at internet, panalo pa rin. kakaingit yung lighting nyo sir...
