Dapat may client ka muna. Say 1 million na project. Dapat meron kang 1 million na back up. Saka after the project mo pa makukuha.

1. good foreman
2. loyal workers
3. good accounting
4. dont mix business money with personal/family money
5. good client.

Good luck!

Start from small projects that usually takes 1 month-2months time of construction para makuha mo kagad yun inilabas mo pera. pero make sure na progressing billing ka para you know your being paid. sad to say ang daming balasubas ngayon. i think your half a million will be fine. as long as you use the money in a 70%-30% ratio. 70% coming from the client and 30% coming from your own company. Usally 30% is for your equipment. Tama si bokkins na wag mo pag intersect ang personal money sa capital mo. make sure na magkahiwalay kundi you'll be in big trouble. my 2 cents. goodluck on your business.

in this case tax evader ka na.. hahaha.. Twisted Evil

may category naman yan if saan mo gusto macategorize. ang pinaka mababa jan is trade contractor which is usually for suppliers. inquire ka na lang sa dti to help you futher. for me mas maganda na legit ka since you will be acquiring good connections. siguro just choose yun pinaka mababa. then better have someone mag hahawak ng books mo para mas maayos ang cashflow mo. magulo ang mundo ng accounting. for BIR filing mo lang is single proprietor. mas mababa ang hinihingi. better inquire for your own safety. my 2 cents...
