ang galing ng lighting. mag comment lang ako ng kunti bro, hope makatulong...
1. kelangan ng mas realistic na roof components bro... like flashing... ung placement ng downspouts (the way i see it kasi para na syang matatanggal sa gutter, like spacing of the ribs of your roof.
2. sana medyo mababa ung feature window (i dont know kung dummy ba un or talagang meron para sa kesame. kung papansinin kasi napaka steep ng roof profile mo kaya sayang naman kung hindi magamit ung kesame.
3. masyado yatang mataas ung firewall bro... i guess .60meter is enough na. (it will cost less pa) and no need to put grooving (kung groove ung line)
4. para saan bro ung window na maliit? medyo off yata.
5. about sa two-seater naman na nasa labas... it's ok just make sure na water resistant ung mats. or you think mas ok kung two single + small round table in the middle?

For a low-cost house, I think this is too much. Base on the bricks alone, mahal na yan.

Rendering is fine anyway..
