Re: Proposed Boys Institute
.
actually, i like how the last image was rendered. NPR pero iba ang dating. ang galing ng play ng shadows. palitan mo lang yung sky sa PS. siguro sunset/sunrise then adjust the levels of the image in PS to correspond to the BG.
if your aiming for photoreal, than you have to work on the grass. pwedeng PS na rin yan.
malaki para sa kin ang date palm, unless you allow them to grow that big. usually pinipigilan ang paglaki nyan by restraining the roots.
With your permission, i'd like to do some PSesing on the last image?
Cheers!

I hope you don't mind....
I really liked the last image but I feel it lacks "drama" so I did a quick PSesing.... may not suit your taste though...
Layer 2 - SKY layer
Layer 1 - original image without the sky + Colour Balance
Layer 4 - copied shrubs + saturation
Layer 1 copy - gaussian blur + opacity [blend mode = soft light]
Layer 3 - overhanging tree branch
Levels
Gradient Fill - colour to transparent
.
