Even the giant lighting on the side is a bit off. With that size I think the emission of light is not sufficient, visually speaking, it is as if there is no light coming from it at all. Cove lighting would give more impact.
I think the sofa selection is not a good choice, it doesn't gel with the over all look. I would prefer lighter color and a softer one. The hand rest is also very slim.
The floor carpet looks dull and uninteresting.
Putting accents or different carpet would give a different look.
Doors look odd also, if you look at them closely, they have different depth, and the door handle looks high.
Lighting can be improve.
Corridor, first impression - masikip, solution-use a lighter wood color(although it may not gel with the wood you used in the lobby) I suggest though to put the same wood but at 1.2 meter high and the rest use a lighter wood(if you prefer wood) or you can go with a wall paper.
Ceiling, the materials used were not clear to me.
Is that lighted acrylic?
Wall mounted lights can also be improved.
I would use a lighter color on the carpet also.
Thanks for sharing dude alapaap, and I hope OK lang sayo yung mahabang comments ko.
Oki lang no problem, thanks sa time scrutinized every detail. That is exactly the client wanted to be (appoved Wednesday).
about the lobby if you read back I have said it is 2.2 height, mababa lang talaga kaya dina ma da-drop pa for cove lighting..and the door it appears like you notice the handle is high but it is not di naman kailangan itaas yan baka nasilat ka lang dahil mababa lang talaga yun ceiling..yun pagkakabaliktad ng pinto ganyan yun existing kaya ginaya ko lang ayaw pa bago ng kliyente.gusto pa yun lumang dating pinto sabi ko babagohin lahat di babagay.
