Design by Arch. Gantioqui. My usual render workflow; CAD+Max+Vray+PS+tons of everdownloads..

Crits are most welcome, and in the event of an "ignore button", I, most certainly, will not be using it..

TIA guys..

Cool lighting, nice carpet, but the leather sofa I think you can't sit there for hours.

--Ouch got me there; I'm still at the process of sticking furniture in without much thought, reason being I'm always half-hearted with interiors.. Thanks for the inputs sir yaug_03..

Minor comment, that big cabinet beside the LCD is a bit distracting.
I would make it more slim to suit the design.
I would also turn on the black corner lampshade for a little more drama on lighting.

There's nothing I can say about the rendering, except it's great!

--hehe, & the squeaking would be irksome.. I'll try to pay more attention with my interiors; thanks ulit..

--sir torvicz thanks sa inputs; yup, the big cabinet looks on the heavy side, couldn't sway Architect against it.. forgot to turn on the lamp too nagmukhang tuod tuloy.. This is the beauty of crits; you never really notice unless someone points it out.. Thanks guys..
