nice one bro. ok ang render mo dito bro. maganda. ang mga comments ko lang na pwede mo magamit to improve the presentation are the following.

1. Camera angle. ok na tong camera mo if you're trying to show the roof details and overall look. pro pag ipresent mo architecturally, I suggest na gamitin mo ang human level. eye-level ung camera na parang nakatingala ka para magkaron ng sense of being grand.

2. change the sky background to something subtle para hindi makakuha ng too much attention.

3. car texture. medyo malakas din, pro tolerable naman.

Sa tingin ko ok na to after the tweaks. maganda ang model and render mo dito, camera and background lang basically ang adjust mo.

also, if you need more skies, meron tayo dito sa materials section, a link to samples of skies. good luck.

sir...reduced mo yung roof tiles mo, add ka ng texture sa garrage at ramp shape...baba na lang po ng camera...and adjustment of saturation...keep posting po
