patulong naman po dito sa pagsasanay ko,ngayon ko lang po naencounter yung ganitong problem,marked in the image,vray materials glass base sa tutorilas na glass natin dito sa cgp tutorials.

See to it that affect shadows option is checked. That's under your refraction parameters if you are using vray materials. Hope i was able to help.
