Re: I need your help..
First, know the problem. You will not be able to conceptualize if you do not know the problem. Lahat yan magmumula sa isa or madaming problema.
Say design a condo space. In Hongkong.
We all know na crowded sa Hongkong, so one architect decided to do the concept of a Shoebox. One same box, many different shoes. Here's a video of what he did. You can also call it a Transformer Concept.

Ito pa isang reference sa paggawa ng concept. Ito naman translated sa building. Done by Austria.

Re: I need your help..
ayos madali lang yan a...bakit di ka tumingin sa sketch ni richard meier or tadao ando to get a idea sa design. kung concept naman....san lugar ba?kung ano meron sa lugar yun ang gawin mong concept. or even slopes or terrain.
i remember my old boss. ang concept nya is butterfly. he got the concept from the slope ng two opposite mountains. sa bahay nya.....theories nandyan lang yan sa tabi tabi.....

Re: I need your help..
start with 'one-word' or catch-phrase ideas.
for example:
- contemporary
- green/sustainable
- iconic
- out of the box features
then throw-in detailed ideas working around each design considerations that you have listed:
contemporary:
- use of lightweight but durable materials (tensile fabric, steel, glass)
green/sustainable:
- solar panels charges the batteries by day then used to power-up light fittings at night
- use of materials that required low-carbon emissions to manufacture
- use of recycled/-able materials
- landscaping (maybe on roof or as sunlight screening feature) to act as carbon pit
iconic:
- birds nest, or
- crumpled paper, or
- blob form, or
- any super striking form from a distance
out-of-the box features:
- airconditioned,
- bus arrival info screen
- guide map
- shoe-cleaning machine
- massage benches
- pipe-in music
there will be some more ideas that you'd want to throw-in that doesn't fall in the above categories you've listed. go ahead and add if you wish, just build on it. if some ideas clashes, eliminate. from simple ideas, things will get more detailed as you go along. when you have established what you want then it'd be easier to draw, simply like forming the lego parts together. when it's drawn up, it's easier to sell coz your design have a soul and that is your concept.

some ideas mam.
dito kasi sa singapore ang bustop merong mababa at medyo mataas na upuan. then merong space para sa advertisements and syempre merong basurahan. and syepre dapat ung bus stop mo maasahan kapag umulan. and meron ding part na paglalagyan ng mga bulliten tungkol sa route ng bus and kung gaano katagal iyong next bus. suggestion lang mam.

THANKS IN ADVANCE...
sabi ng prof ko noon, when you are conceptualizing a structure, know what you want.
tama sya, it all starts ano ba ang gusto mo mangyare sa idedesign mo..
so basically gather many materials and references for that project you are designing, para magka idea ka, pag aralan mo ang mga references, mahirap magsimula ng wala kang reference, anything in architecture has to be a reference, its an inspiration to help you make your own, then develop your idea kahit nga sa 3D rendering diba madalas you are inspired with another 3D rendering that makes your 3D rendering better.
