Site development questions

good eve cgpeeps, im here to again to ask some questions and gather some ideas regarding my thesis "the school of Visual arts with museum" especially in site development. ano po ba ang mga basically dapat iconsider sa site development zoning ng tao, vehicular movement, service and private although alam ko na rin po ito pero gusto ko lang my madadagdag sa mga ideas ko. especially yung mga focal points, and how i can determine kung saan ako pupunta at hindi ako maliligaw if ako yong lilibot sa site ko. this are my buildings, admin bldg, Museum, auditorium, advertising arts building, fine arts building, architecture building, library, dormitories and graduate school. recommendations din po for parking slots, saan po ba ako mkakakuha ng tamang way sa parking slots?.TIA cgpeeps!

Bossing sa pagkakaalam ko pagka site development/plan ang pinag uusapan nagmumula yan sa baloon diagram where you carefully select buildings and spaces that are inter connected, then make some refinements on your site features like how would you visualize some scenes as your perspective due to your design concept, then you may subscribe to the Building Code and Time Saver Standards for dimensions and other deem requirements for your project.. share ko din idea ko, sa school namin chinechek lagi samin bukod sa mga sinabi mo yung pasok ng utilities like water, electric line, sa site at ganoon din sa mga buildings pero kung iincorporate mo ito sa main site development plan medyo magugulo yung drawing at mahirap kaya ginawa ko noon gumawa ako ng another sheet for this kasi yun yung chinecheck samin ng mga jury ng thesis, ewan ko lang sa school niyo....and as well medyo tingin ko lang ahh. baka malaki site mo. tingin ko lang hehehe always consider ang daan ng fire trucks ahh kasi napansin ko lang laging problema yan sa mga big developments ...adjacent developments din dapat ipakita at siyempre kailang ang shadows para may depth ang buildings at huwag na huwag kakalimutan ang north orientation lagi nakakaligtaan yan sa mga nagtthesis at mahalaga yan....ayun lang

thanks you po sir sa advice sa daan ng fire truck apply ko po yan, malaki po yong lote ko almost 12 hectares. salamat po sa pag daan !

yes sir, actually medyo sloping yong site ko, ang problema ko is wala pang countour map yong napili kong site sabi sa munisipyo and hindi pa kasi nadedevelop yung site ko. ano po ba yong way para makuha yong sloping ng site ko?
