Clubb Dredd (highres)
Share ko lang po esquisse namin sa design. The style is may mejo pgka industrial and brutalism.
Tnry ko lang pong i3d habang wala pang masyadong ginagawa.
psensya na po sa lowres, ayaw kasi ng imageshack so facebook po ginamit ko.
workflow: Autocad 2011 > 3dsmax2011 > vray 2.0 > PSCS5

Di sya mukhang club, kung alang ilaw - it looks like an old abandoned building.
This is just a commentary on the recent images that I see posted here:
1. The dirt and wear seems to be always overdone.
- Do not overdo the wear and tear of your buildings, dirt is not always equal to realism. Add wear and tear to your walls, stryuctures and buildings if the scene requires you. But if you are highlighting an architectural facade design - why make it look dirty? Present it in a way that it will look new, enticing and pleasing to the eyes. If I am a visitor or a would be owner - will I visit or get interested in a place that is looking old, wornout and dirty? I don't think so.
2. Dont DOF the damn lighpost!
Subtle use of DOF helps in focusing attention to an important part of the image. But if you focus it in somethign that does not even tell a story - the image will look like a dof plugin demo image that say nothign but "Hey ma I can DOF!" Use DOF because you want to tell a story, use DOF to separate the lame from the interesting.

industrial architecture and brutalism po ksi ang given na theme kaya naisip ko exposed concrete na may konteng dumi. first time ko po ksi gumamit ng vray dirt so nag experiment na rin po sa mga close up na my dirt.ehe. maraming salamat sa pagdaan sir, noted po lahat

Closest description ko dito V is the dirty version of Tadao Ando. While Ando's concrete is the smoothest and orderly, ito naman, very rough and textured. They even use real wood as cast for the concrete, para pag tanggal, kita mo sa wall ang texture ng kahoy. Hence they become very dirty in time because of the accumulation of dirty sa very rough surface.
The design here will pass but is not really a brutalist. It looked like it started clean and became dirty.
