Nice Rendering Jarul!
Some observations:
Show some hint of texture on the walls, mapping issues, road and curb needs some dirt, a bit surreal too much luxury car kase pero walang tao, try japanese cars they look much better.... Paint finish is not really convincing, light hues looks fine but dark ones looks flat... parang brushed colored aluminum...
Very good Lighting though! I got to reiterate my request, I hope you Won't be Selfish to post your Vray Cam, Vray Sun Settings... I hope you'll do this time...

mayron po kasi akong vray for sketchup trial version, alam niyo po ba kung pano maglagay ng sky sa render? at yung mga settings ng sun?

maganda ung setup mo bro. pro parang something is wrong pa din talaga. Ang lumalabas dito is something like showcasing cars and trees at may building on the background na sobrang hindi pansin kasi parang blurred by the details of your entourage. spend a little more time on the textures. Trust me you will love yourself for doing that. Good luck!

tnx boss,,if ur talking about the bumps on the walls,meron po,,sa tingin ko sa gnito ka layo na mga views,,mdyo hnd na kita ung bumps,,oo nga noh,dpt may dirt sa road...hehe..about the cars,,cnsya na paborio kac,,and i think hnd naman mkkaapekto kung japanese or americam o kahit anong cars,,hnd ko po nilgayan ng tao kac i find it not so good,,

tnx boss,,im not showcasing the cars and trees boss,,in real lyf,,ganyan tlga,,and since this is a commercial and sa major road pa,kaya marami cars .hnd ko nilagyan ng mga tao kc la kong mga tao na bbgay sa scene,kc sa tingin ko mapapangit lng,and i dont like 3d peolpe..and i think hnd naman na boblock ung bldg,,ung entourage lang cgro hnd ko tlga dinetalye yan,,lgyan ko sana ng mga signage etc,pro sabi ni mr arkitek,,huwag nlng..imho lng po master boks,,,,

clean image...a few points:

1. Tiling issues on the walls
2. Work more on your wall textures
3. Maybe a better reflection map will make this look more better.

Overall render and lighting is good.

nice design & rendering bro..a little tweaks lang sa materials ok n ok n to..keep it up..dami project bro ha..

wala naman problems sa cars bro. wala din problem sa trees, the more the merrier. ang point ko lang sa sinasabi ko, is that the cars and trees are too detailed for your building. I'm just pushing you to your limits which you will realize someday soon. I have high hopes on your renders, I know you can do it. Sometimes I just feel frustrated when I see that you post something "Hilaw". imho.

Boss Jarul, These are just a few hints and of course you are not obliged to follow it, at the end of the day you and you alone would decide what u really want
If you can't put people in your scene, then there's really no sense in putting lots of cars, or else wala ng balance... it's not the real life as u pointed out you defeat it's purpose... it's commercial and major road madaming luxury cars pero walang tao...
Your rendering skills, No doubt about that... you know sometimes we need to evaluate other aspects of our craft, and you could get this from unselfish observation and suggestion of other artists...

nice post bro..however, sakin lang....napansin ko the road is to clean, maybe put a better texture or put some dirt on the road....., the BG, maybe change it too...., and as they said the mats.......akin lang naman bro...... i know makukuha mo yan.....kunting pihit nalang....

since everything's said na, pa ot na lang; no doubt master jarul is very talented... down to earth din naman yan pag nakakachat ko... we all have our egos, varying degrees lang... maybe sometimes his ego gets the best of him dahil nga magaling... my unsolicited advice to master jarul: learn meekness... and a little tact sa pagsagot... namimisinterpret ka kase sometimes... and no matter how good you are there will always be someone better than you... peace out man...
