wow 2nd post ni mam, nice mapping mam. glass na lng cguro iimprove mo at un contrast ng light at dark, mejo iangle mo pa un sun mo para mas lumutang pa

Corner Lot ito Mam, IMHO pag aralan mo pa design mo baka may mas maganda pang magagawa.

i agree with master 3dzone ma'am, pero ayos na rin po yan

My 2 centavos:
--chamfer sidewalk..
--work on mapping; evident at the fence post left side..
--work on landscaping; right now parang nagsulputan ng kanya kanya ang mga puno, try to learn groupings..
--learn displacement for your grass to add some realism..
--glass shader needs work..

The design has flaws, but its not my place to comment on that..

And here are things to avoid in creating a topic title:
1. pacute
2. unnecessary comments
3. extras like (papost lang po, 1st time ko, pacomment naman, *xoxo*, etc.)
4. subtitles
5. irrelevance

We hope that everybody will practice in choosing a right topic to every threads. Thank you and have a nice day.
