How is the CG industry in Baguio?

I'm sure marami ditong taga Baguio and I'd like to make friends with them.
I am a fan of the city of Pines and if I'd have the chance to retire soon - this is the place to be. Nice people, nice place, good food at higit sa lahat, mas masarap ang tanduay ice ng baguio!


So if you are a baguio cgpinoy'er, stand up and be counted! Let me into the club!

Kahit po nasa ibang bansa ako, Baguio-born po ako... lagi din ako umuuwi diyan XD... every 6 months

ako po taga baguio sir... hindi ako dito pinanganak pero dito ako lumaki.. madami ndin pinagbago dito pero maganda parin.. agree ako sir masarap tanduay ice dito hehe... salamat sir sa pagappreciate sa place namin.

Buti naman po sir at dito nyo naisipang mag retire.
Ang CG industry dito sir ay hindi ganong kasigla tulad ng sa ibang lugar dito sa Pinas.. Karamihan po ng mga CG artist dito ay mga studyante ng mga unibersidad dito. (tulad ko) Kapag natapos na sila sa kurso nila ay pupunta na ng maynila o kaya sa abroad. Ang mga kliyente kasi dito ay kontento na sa simpleng render ng mga studyante kasi mahal daw ang bayad pag pro ang gumawa. Pati mga Architectural firm ay nagtitipid kaya studyante na lang ang kinukuha para alawans lang ang ibibigay nila..

OT: Try to visit some places dito sa cordillera pag nagretire na po kayo.

virus and Be Came Designs, thank you for the kind words, una sa lahat - hindi naman kailangan an itarget ang local clientele. In my opinion, kahit sa manila pa man o kaya sa Cordilleras, sadyang napakaraming talent at skilled artist - hindi lamang siguro nabibigyan ng pagkakataon na makalahok sa mga creative works na galing sa Maynila o ibang bansa.

If ever I retire in Baguio I would like to volunteer and help develop more skilled designers and at the same time introduce their works in my networks here in Japan and other places in the world.

Sa aking pagtanda - ala na akong iniisip kundi ang pag-exit sa CG, unfortunately hindi pa rin ako magkaron ng pagkakataon. Palagi na lang akong natatabunan. I've been to Baguio a couple of times, talagang walang papalit sa sarap ng simoy ng hangin. You guys are really lucky!
