- ang galing ng accent...modern talaga sya,,
then yung flooring buhay talaga..
Dining
- maganda yung tilt ng camera..sumilip ng kaunti yung kitchen..
- comment ko lang yung table settings,,,more on green sya then yung flower black together with the vase, nagka-error ba sa part na to?
- yung background sa labas parang na-over exposure then parang lumulutang.
Kitchen
- sobrang na-exposed yung background same as dining..
- yung pinlight Sir maganda yung output, kaya lang nacover lang ng cabinet..
no comment ako sa mood...panalo lahat...!!!
nice render Sir..!!

-seems that womb chair has a weird proportion and location
-black is too black
-art deco center table doesn't fit in this tight space
-ano finish ng top ng art deco center table?
-wood bumps (i'm assuming you'll use veneers/laminated veneers so dapat 0 or lower bump yan)
-location of light fixtures sa kitchen (above the overhead cabinets?)
-dining set colors is nice, but that flower vase is too big
-bar stool is quite unnecessary
-still need to study the composition, i won't comment much on the design because it's your preference and i respect that.

May error nga sir nawala texture yong dining table. At yong fence mataas po talaga. Anyway salamat sa comment sir
