nice camera angle for the last image, parang si two-face(sa batman) ang kulay ng duplex... harmonize the color plz. or make it symmetrical ang color.

option 2 for me...great work and follow what i3dness said

Though OP2 is more on the modern side, it seems cluttered unlike the OP1. I'd go for OP1.

Agree kay i3dness for his suggestion about the color of the modern duplex. For me, maski wala na rin yung mga molding sa columns, at yung vertical groove? sa harap ng unang poste sa division wall, at pag nasunod nga, i'll go for option 2.
Sir phrang, nakaligtaan mong lagyan ng "like" yung messages mo sa baba ng mga images.

Last 2 images for me in terms of GI, di gaano nasturate ang images.. Yung first 2 although maganda na as it is, kulang ng kaunting "katawan" for lack of a better word.. Nice work idol..

for me parehong ok,,,tanong lang for option 1...what is the building regulations says pag duplex?hindi ba kailangan ng separation wall (fire wall) between units?
