yes sir,,,, low cost for me. kasi lahat sub standard na material yan ang gagamitin pero kong matapos oks naman ang output parang mamahalin.lahat ng wood plywood lng yan na manipis at saka laruan lng sa wood texture..by the way salamat sa pagdaan sir.

Nice rendering.. I just need to know the exact finishes to consider this design to be in a low cost margin. You have shown a lot of wooden elements so I assume that their finish can be stained, veneer and laminated (definitely laminated will be cheaper, but still with the most of these elements shown, this will be also costly for a low cost housing) while the main accent ceiling with decorative grooves can be in stained finish....Even if you told that these are just a normal ply, but your finishes will make the cost difference on achieving the shown output....you have shown some paneling also on the living area which means you need also to consider the frameworks for these that can also add some additional cost compare on a normal painted walls. Also in a normal low cost housing, jalousie or steel casement window are most used, while your image is most likely showing a fixed window with metal or aluminum frame (since I cannot see any opening handle)
For me this can be on a medium end margin..TFS

yes sir, agree with some of your comments, but for me this is cheapest than normal way bacause of some element are made of ply and sub-standard.yes sir all of these are laminated finish even in a decorative ceiling is made of cheap moulding with wood stain finish.
sir, noted your other comments thanks and God bless.
