Baguio Inspired
Modeling as usual...
Applying materials and Vray Sun:
Taran! Para Sa Iyo Kabagis:
Workflow: 3dsmax>vray2>PSCS5
Maraming Salamat Po!

Re: Baguio Inspired
nice but i recommend using displacement maps on your rocks. for sure gaganda yan. i think hindi naman siya tatagal because your scene is not that complex.

Re: Baguio Inspired
Salamat mga parekoy! salamat sa suggestions at comments, yup a lot of things to consider... namumublema kasi ako sa displacement, as you can see on third image, dun sa column, may guhit na itim, diko alam bakit lumulutang or nag ooffset sya from its proportion. Then sa shadows of trees, diko na nilagay, kasi wallpaper diba ang background? e di pa masyadong bihasa sa photoshop. meron ba kayong alam na technique dyan? then i forgot rin lagyan ng tuyong dahons... hehehe, this took 4 days to me, gawa ng patago ko lang ginagawa sa office, then ramadan pa, kaya halfday lang. For glass refelecion, i did it in photoshop, still weakness ko talaga yang window reflection, still not satisfied ako... meron ba kayong readymade material for window glass? thanks

Re: Baguio Inspired

Re: Baguio Inspired
i forgot, for the black strip edge, check if you got it in quad mesh...
if not, try to convert to edit poly then quadify [graphite modelling]
*pag ayaw pa rin, [white flag up] let's call rendermaster! ahaha

Re: Baguio Inspired
galing Sir..!!!

Dre, I applied yung Edit Poly + Quadify mo, ayaw parin. yung "keep continuity" I think under sya sa pag apply ng vray displacement sa modifier list. as you can see sa left, I used under maps. The material is came from vraymaterial.de, premade na sya, just load it as material library.
