Great set of renders Sir. A slight issue of repetitive mapping distracts the view but aside from that it works perfect for me. Great modelling skills too.

Other thing... meron syang mga sunog na part sir... imho...! blotches sa ilalim ng balcony....!imho! overall nice composition and render...! TFS!

last image very nice Can I suggest you could change the background with dark blue sky? contrast to image.

nice design. parang nalilimitahan lang ako sa paggamit ng corbel sa roofs. piling portions lang po ba talaga may corbel? anyways nice parin..
