good design, lighting, mats... do something about that ravine at the back of the structure... nice glass but it lacks something to reflect; put up a mapped board in front... green tension wires?... hmmmm.... road map needs a little work...
i'd like to have you here at the bodega once you graduate, even for just a month; just to push some more buttons here & there before you set out to sail on your own... if you want that is...

Hmmm all i can say very nice rendered. Keep it up.

ang gagaling naman ng mga estudyanteng to. siguro nganga yung mga professor mo sa assumption no. very nice... just one thing, you have tendency to overdo your bumps.

ang galing galing francis , for me nalang liitan mo ung scale nung mga bumps dun sa white concrete at sa road, yung gutter ayaw ko yung appearance

great design sir.. ganda ng lighting and some mapping issues as what they've said.. yung greens lang din sir, reduce the HUE of yellow on it and add some bluish color.. and cover mo pa cguro yung horizonline sa right-part..
