Re: apartment building, tacloban
nice post sir, design wise: i was just wondering what's behind those small windows, bigger might be better, otherwise They are toilets. Color concept is ok, maybe add some exterior lightings and also on the corridor., Rendering is good for me also, IMHO over burnt, less multiplier of the sun then play on the physical camera, use better sky, sir bokkins shared a link regarding 1000 skies where you can use one. Play with the contrast and gradient of the plants and the red car is too dominating... The rest are ok...Congrats and good luck..Post more sir,.. God Bless...

Re: apartment building, tacloban
ok na naman regg. jsut small thing. i think medyo babaan mo lang ng kaunti ang multiplier ng sun. abit burn out.
Re: apartment building, tacloban
I second the comment about the window sir, we're on a tropical country we need air to come in/out freely, lakihan nlng sir, disadvantage din kase nyan sir e pag nasira Aircon...
Burn out nga sir, lower your sun intensity...
Nice Design! School ba to sir?
Keep it up!

Re: apartment building, tacloban
sir tanong ko lng ung sa corridor, grout ba un or it was a part of a flooring design? then ung door(along stair) frame against the wall, hindi kaya manipis ung wall thickness?.pasensya na sir ha..
but the design ok siya.malaki to kaya malaki din ang kita, am sure.hehe.
then for the rendering part nasabi na nila..keep posting sir..
sana maapproved na to.

Re: apartment building, tacloban
sir... maybe there is still an area para mapaglagyan ng window along the corridor... sayang space and ang view for the users inside kasi eh... kahit na accent window... ok lang un.. i guess it will add more beauty sa design.. un lang sir... u can also make your entry door at 800mm just to give way for the window... render is fine...

my purpose po yun sir kya nsa outerside ung mga window... kse pagnsa loob ung window, parking lng nmn makkta... ung paligid po nyan plain fields at my bundok sa likod... so ok ang view...
ska sir if i consider... wla n rn space for window kse buong toilet ang nsa wall nyan....
maybe yt kelangn ko rethink ung plan... tignan ko mggwa ko sir... tnx sa suggestions
