Help with vray for su

HI all mga cg kaibigan, I have encountered problem with vray for su, when I renderit says "unable to createdump file" then my su crashes, I have tried so many things pero ganun pa din ang nangyayari, please help me mga su vray gurus.. Thanks

mga suggestions ko po:

*try removing all unnecessary objects on the scene.
*remove high poly objects kung malayo lang naman sa camera,,especially smart and ganyedes trees
*save the file, close and re-open sketchup
*or...select all objects in the scene--ctrl+c,..open a new file..edit--paste in place..tapos edit mo na lang lahat ng materials
*clear cache memory,
