They have a habit of changing most of their furniture and even exterior finishes once in a year kaya kelangan ok ang access. thanks for your comment sa wall finish, that's really my priority and let's see if having variations will still make it look regal. My idea is to make it unified by means of color because as we can see masyadong nalaro na ang mga geometries. Model was done in AutoCAD. Salamat bro

Sir valiant, regarding sa height nung wall sa entrance, i dont think the delivery trucks would affect if u change it like series of baluster. kasi sir ang ganda ng facade mo. i like it. quite off lang sa concrete arc natatakluban na nya ung part ng high window. what do you think sir? suggestion lang naman. massive na kasi ung structure so i guess pedeng i-less.. less is more

i thought you were referring to the height hehehe We will reconsider that bro sa totoo lang arabs likes their houses to be not that visible from outside. they keep on insisting to put a very high fence. that's the whole point of the project bro, make it massive. less is more was already achieved by having a large open area and minimizing wall finish.

pre natuwa lang akong imodel to, bale ang sa amin dito ay interior hehehe. design is not mine pero nakakapagsuggest kahit kunti. baka pwedeng pasilip nung for the pearl pre? about the concrete rail (yan ba talaga tawag? ) medyo nalalakihan nga ako agaw atensyon... try kung takpan ng halaman para maitago ng kunti. walang basement parking to pre. ang parking nya lang ay ung merong tension cable sa right side... 6-8 cars lang yata. i will surely post final outputs here for your comments and suggestions
