mga sir/mam..tanong lang po kung ano ang mganda and mabilis na style sa pag draft ng building line kapang iregular ang shape ng lot??? ginagawa ko po kc manual muna bago ko i cad.... gusto kong masanay ng ibang style.... thanks po mga sir...

Maganda na yang style mo. Sketch muna bago magcad.

Yung isa pang pwede mong gawin. Plot mo ang site, tapos set mo ang easement. 3m sa harap, 2m around. Tapos dun ka magsimula magdesign.
Pero always remember this. Maganda na mamaximize mo ang lot, pero mas maganda pa rin na mabilis maitayo ang building na gagawin mo dahil maganda ang pagkagawa ng plano.
