wall with arc modelling in max

hello po mga sir!
magpapatulong lang po ako kung paano gawin ang wall na may arc,ito po yung sample image, model sa cad...thanks!

my way is creating 2 objects(box-as wall, and cylinder) then subtract...
pero may iba way...wait natin mga masters dito...sa CAD kasi ako ngmomodel pero pag 3ds maz BOOLEAN OPERATIONS ang gamit ko dito...

thank you sir! maghapon kasi akong nag try mag extrude ng spline joining arc and line peru hindi sya solid kaya ito nalang naisipan kong paraan,ang magpatulong dito..

another way is
-import cad file (with arc or a plan, elevation as your reference )to max
-trace the cad file using spline/line then max will ask if you want to close the spline, just tick the yes box
- go to modifier list, select extrude then under parameters, put the amount of extrusion.. thats it.
