3DS Max 2010 IO Error?

whenever i open max, i am getting this error...
i dont know kung may na uninstall ba ako or baka may nagalaw lang ako sa user paths... ive tried searching for this problem pero kahit si google di alam...
mga sir baka alam ninyo tong problem na to...
need help...

base on the screenshot you've provided, you need to reinstall the program.

ive already fix this... it seems that the files it was looking for were in the Documents folder...
