Bioclimatic general hospital with medical research facility?

sir good am po sa inyong lahat, i've come up with the idea for my thesis na "bioclimatic general hospital with medical research facilities" is there any ideas na masha-share po ninyo? im planning that this would be one of my proposals since malalayo iyong mga hospitals sa site na napili ko, and one thing is that there are different accessibility para makapunta ka sa site na iyon, ang kulang lang is hospital, do you think ok lang po ito?? or any ideas pa po para po makapag isip isip pa po ako, lot area po is 14 hectares. anyways, kung iyan po ang kakulangan talaga sa site malaking bagay nga po iyang general hostpital, dahil na rin po sa mga issues about "3 patients in 1 bed".
pero tingin ko ang number of beds mo ay base yata sa population ng site.

about sa research facility naman po, ay nakakapag dalawang isip, kasi iyong general hospital mo po ay sure na government funded, while itong research facility, malamang po hindi, pero IMHO lang po ito, data data data pa po. goodluck po
