OPEN EXR Empty OPEN EXR

mga sir..may simpleng question ako bout sa open exr files ko...

everytime naglalagay ako sa PHOTOSHOP nito na rendered siya as open exr...

nangyayari may white lines na naiiwan sa gilid pag naglalagay na ako background...papaano po ba maeeliminate yun?

im not sure kung ps ba yung question ko or vray 3d max related parin...help po mga master...: ) ty
