"Render Setup" dialog box

Good day mga sirs!
hingi lang ng tulong regarding sa "render setup" dialog box ng 3ds max 2009. ayaw kasi mag appear kahit na active naman ung button (depressed). na try ko na rin i-press ung F10 pero ayaw pa rin lumabas ung dialog box. meron naman dati pero bigla na lang nawala. nag re-install na rin ako pero wala pa rin. thank you in advance.

on your desktop, right click on the taskbar then choose cascade windows or show windows stacked or side by side.

sinubukan ko sir pero wala pa rin ung dialog box. ang pinagtataka ko dalwang magkaibang installer ng 3ds max 2009 na ang ginamit ko pero parehong ayaw lumabas ung "render dialog" box. anyway, thank you sir.

here is another, either of the two.
- go to customized and revert it to start-up layout.
- or, delete your 3dmax.ini file. normally found at C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsmax\2009 - 64bit\enu\3dsmax.ini

pasensya na ngayon lang naka reply.
sinubukan ko sir pero wala pa rin. so i decided to upgrade to max 2011 na lang. anyway salamat ng marami sa mga suggestions sir. highly appreciated.
