help no image appearing in editor (CS5)

hi guys! i'm a noob in photoshop. i have this problem when i open any image it doesn't display. but i can see the document via thumbnail. please help me what steps i should take to resolve this. thanks!

either your file is corrupted or you photoshop is not working properly.

right click mo then "open with", then "choose program" then click mo "windows picture and fax viewer" then check always "use the selected program to view this kind of file"....kasi baka ang default program mo in opening image is photoshop...change it into windows picture and fax viewer...

hello po thanks sa suggestions but how come when i load CS4 ok naman po. i prefer CS5 kasi may content aware which saves me a lot of time. kelangan ko po ba magreinstall? may plugins na kasi ako sa current CS5 program ko kaya hanap pa ako ng solution dito. thanks po

Try to check your plugins Sir maybe that plug-in was the one creating problems, I think, that was also implicated in
blocking Photoshop's clipboard access, though I could be mistaken.

Try to uninstall the plug ins and open your image again see whats the result..

naayos ko po last week by reinstalling CS5 and updating kaso pagbukas ko today bmalik na naman ang problem..
