Church
Since we're putting up old works again, I'd like to share a piece I made for a game I was creating (2007).
-This was made using some references of Binondo Church-
16,000 polys all in all (had to be low-poly)
crits are very much appreciated

Nice set of images here! Can you post some of your uv maps? I would like to see how they were layed out, it's something that I would like to work more on, the best ways to unwrap models for texturing. Also, what game engine did you import these into? Thanks for sharing!

Hey there! It's my pleasure Sorry I couldn't post the UV maps as the original files are on another harddrive. But there's really nothing special w/ how they're layed out Thing is I didn't 'unwrap' these models. I just used a couple of uvw mapping modifiers (box / planar mapping) and exported them to A6 Gamestudio (the game engine I was using). I seldom use 'unwrapping' unless they're organic models. x_x
(btw, these shots aren't in-game. I rendered these using Mental Ray 3dsmax. So the lighting doesn't look that good when it comes to the real game sorry for the confusion)
