help for computer specification...

good day cgpinoy,
im planning to assemble computer. My (dualcore) laptop is not already working. i want to practice my rendering skills to make my works realistic, like the master's here. hope you help me find the right specification i need.

honestly i dont know much about computer specifications, thats why i really need your help.
my budget only is limited (40k)

suggest ko lang sir..amd ka nalang kung tight budget at kasing bilis ng i7 na un.pero naka 6 core ka na masnauutilized sa rendering..kung 50k++ budget go for i7..tapos video card mag 256 bit ka po..

go for acer na i5 core (nakalimutan ko yung model) at sandy bridge, 2gb nvidia graphics card, 2gb RAM sya mga 34k tapos yung natitira mong 6k eh upgrade mo sa memory ng RAM, punta ka na lang sa acer shops makikita mo
