Cebu-Mactan

Do Cebu need another bridge goin to Mactan?Im thinking na gawin thesis, Cebu is a good site for it.

I think you need to study the flows of traffic, and only the Dept. of Transpo in Cebu City can answer you this.

For me, no need. For 2 bridges it will already accommodate. I suggest, the expansion/widening of the first bridge is the solution.
